In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "wtfwin," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the wtfwin online gaming platform accessible at wtfwin.bio, including all associated games, services, and functions.
• "Member," "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on wtfwin or is accessing the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the registered account created by a Member upon completing the registration process on the Platform.
• "Funds" or "Balance" — the real-money balance held in a Member's wtfwin wallet, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP), excluding any bonus credits not yet converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Bonus Credit" — any promotional credit, free spins value, cashback amount, or reload match credited to a Member's account, subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the process by which wtfwin verifies a Member's identity, age, and payment method ownership using government-issued identification and supporting documents.
• "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for the regulation and licensing of gambling activities in the Philippines.
• "Services" — all casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, bingo, arcade titles, and any other gaming or non-gaming feature made available on the wtfwin Platform.
• "Terms" — these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time, together with any additional rules or policies published by wtfwin that are incorporated by reference herein.

Access to and use of the wtfwin Platform for real-money gambling purposes is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of membership:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and automated entities may not register accounts.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum legal age for casino-style gambling under PAGCOR regulations is 21 years. Registration by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of wtfwin or any of its affiliated game providers, where your participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement, whether through wtfwin, PAGCOR, or any other recognised gambling authority, at the time of registration or play.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Providing false information — including misrepresenting your age — is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

By completing registration on wtfwin, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above and that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Each Member is responsible for the security and activity of their wtfwin account. The following rules apply to all accounts on the Platform:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active wtfwin account. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same person — whether identified by name, address, mobile number, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address — will result in the suspension of all associated accounts pending investigation. Any funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. wtfwin will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that could have been prevented by reasonable security practices on your part.
• Account Security: If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify wtfwin support immediately. We will initiate an account lock and investigate. Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Account Transfers: wtfwin accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or license your account to any other person.
• Accurate Information: You must notify wtfwin promptly of any changes to your registered information, including your mobile number, email address, or residential address. Outdated information that results in failed KYC verification or delayed withdrawals is the Member's responsibility.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account maintenance fees may apply. You will receive prior notice before any such fee is deducted.

All financial transactions on the wtfwin Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

• Accepted Deposit Methods: GCash, Maya, BPI (via InstaPay), BDO (via InstaPay), UnionBank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20 network). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method (GCash and Maya: ₱100; bank transfers: ₱500; 7-Eleven: ₱100).
• Deposit Processing Times: GCash and Maya deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically process within 5–15 minutes. E-wallet and over-the-counter methods may take up to 30 minutes. wtfwin is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• KYC Requirement for Withdrawal: All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. A valid Philippine government-issued ID (SSS, PhilSys, Passport, Driver's License, or UMID) and a selfie are required. KYC must be completed before any withdrawal is released, regardless of the withdrawal amount.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically feasible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement and cannot be waived.
• Withdrawal Timelines: Bronze-tier accounts: 24–48 hours. Silver: 24 hours. Gold: same-day. Diamond: within 1 hour. These timelines are subject to KYC status and fraud review clearance.
• Withdrawal Minimums: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. There is no fee charged by wtfwin on standard withdrawals; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside wtfwin's control.

wtfwin offers various promotional bonuses to members including but not limited to welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, cashback credits, free spins, and VIP-tier exclusive offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Opt-In Requirement: Most bonuses require the member to opt in via the Promotions page before making the qualifying deposit. Retroactive bonus applications will not be honoured.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") before the converted amount becomes withdrawable. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%). Sports bets contribute at a rate specified per promotion. Check individual promotion terms for applicable rates.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus credits and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the expiry period stated on each offer. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the account balance without notice.
• Bonus Abuse: wtfwin reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including low-risk wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinated play with other members.
• Cashback: Weekly cashback amounts are credited based on net losses over the applicable rolling period and are processed to the member's account every Tuesday. Cashback credits carry no wagering requirement unless otherwise stated on the relevant promotion page.

The following rules govern gameplay on the wtfwin Platform across all game categories:

• Game Outcomes: All RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generators tested by independent international gaming laboratories. Game results are final once confirmed by the platform. Completed game rounds cannot be reversed or modified.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical fault, software error, or system interruption that affects a game round, wtfwin reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the Member's balance. Winnings arising from a demonstrable technical error will not be paid.
• Disconnection: If a Member's internet connection is interrupted during a game round, the round will continue to completion according to the game's programmed logic. The outcome will be recorded and applied to the Member's balance upon reconnection. Members accept the risk of connection instability inherent to online gaming.
• Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits: All games operate within specified minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are displayed in the game interface and may vary by game, room, and VIP tier. wtfwin reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Currency: All bets, winnings, and balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit and are not reconverted on withdrawal.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer game rules are administered by the dealer and studio management. In the event of a procedural dispute at a live table, the recorded video footage of the game session constitutes the definitive record. The decision of the studio floor supervisor is final subject to the dispute resolution process below.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wtfwin Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering as or playing on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in ways not available through the standard user interface.
• Exploiting glitches, errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings accumulated through the exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to support immediately; failure to do so constitutes theft.
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion between players in games where such collaboration would constitute cheating — including, but not limited to, sharing hand information in live poker or side-bet coordination in live table games.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other activity prohibited under the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward wtfwin staff, support agents, or other members via any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or any information provided during KYC verification.

All content on the wtfwin Platform — including but not limited to the wtfwin name, logo, brand identity, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data, sound recordings, and audiovisual materials — is the property of wtfwin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
• This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, scraping, framing, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the express prior written consent of wtfwin.
• The intellectual property rights in all third-party games made available on the Platform remain vested in the respective game providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in those games beyond the right to play them as an end user.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to wtfwin may be used by wtfwin without restriction, acknowledgement, or compensation to the submitting Member.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wtfwin's liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform is limited as follows:

• wtfwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from a Member's use of or inability to use the Platform.
• wtfwin's aggregate liability to any individual Member in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• wtfwin is not responsible for losses arising from: (a) network or internet connectivity failures on the Member's end; (b) unauthorised access to a Member's account caused by the Member's failure to secure their credentials; (c) decisions to gamble made by the Member; or (d) force majeure events including natural disasters, regulatory actions, or third-party platform outages.
• The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. wtfwin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability.

wtfwin is committed to responsible gaming and the protection of its members from gambling-related harm. The following obligations and tools apply to all accounts:

• 21+ Mandatory: All real-money gaming on wtfwin is restricted to persons aged 21 and above. This is not a guideline — it is a PAGCOR-mandated legal requirement enforced through KYC verification.
• Self-Exclusion: Any member may apply for voluntary self-exclusion through their account settings, suspending access to the Platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately. During a self-exclusion period, any attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts will result in permanent ban and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Deposit and Loss Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit and loss limits through their account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately upon saving. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before coming into effect.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure session duration alerts and automatic logouts in their account settings to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Members may activate periodic session reminders that notify them of elapsed session time and current session net result.
• Minor Protection: Members must not allow any person under the age of 21 to access their wtfwin account or to observe real-money gameplay in a way that constitutes participation. Members with underage individuals in their household are advised to use appropriate device-level parental control tools.

Either party may terminate the Member's account as follows:

• Member-Initiated Closure: A Member may close their account at any time by contacting wtfwin customer support. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unconverted bonus credits) will be withdrawn to the Member's verified payment method, subject to completed KYC and applicable withdrawal processing times.
• wtfwin-Initiated Termination: wtfwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) provision of false information during registration or KYC; (d) failure to pass age verification; (e) receipt of a self-exclusion notification from PAGCOR or another recognised authority; or (f) any other circumstance in which wtfwin determines, in its sole discretion, that continued membership would create legal or reputational risk.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the Member's licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Any outstanding bonus credits are forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Member (less any amounts subject to ongoing fraud investigation) within a reasonable timeframe following satisfactory KYC and compliance review.
• Survival: Sections 7 (Prohibited Conduct), 8 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) survive termination of these Terms.

wtfwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process applies to all amendments:

• Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Members via email to the registered address and/or via an in-platform notification prior to the effective date of the change, where reasonably practicable.
• The "Last Revised" date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date on which any amendment takes effect.
• Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
• Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter the rights or obligations of Members, and updates required to reflect changes in applicable Philippine law, may be made without prior notice.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Jurisdiction: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
• Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, Members are encouraged to contact wtfwin customer support to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. wtfwin will endeavour to respond to dispute notifications within five (5) business days.
• Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between wtfwin and the Member with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
